Here's to the things I like

*I dont know if you can all see the updates on my blog, only Linny and Phil have said that everything looks all wonky. Its fine on my computer. So if you cant see my blog, as it is supposed to be, let me know...i'm trying to learn to fix the settings. (my ex did it for me the last time, and this time, I have NO clue what im doing)

I Like:

The Convenience of Youtube. If you did NOT see this on the news, or read about it in the paper, come on out from the rock that you are living under....and go watch. Hugo Chavez on Fox News

Bubble Tea. Well, specifically...I like the Mango Ice Crush LOADED with tapioca...such a chewy treat while you're drinking. Usually, I do NOT like floaties in my drink. This is the only exception.

My New Earrings. I do NOT like the pain associated with stretching my earholes to accomodate them. However, now that that's done, they look fantastic, and it will be a long time before I decide to go up a gauge.

Astro Pops
. The original ones, from when I was a kid...the kind with the wax on the bottom that you had to bite through to get the rest of the candy...and the stick was on the bottom. I do NOT like, how they've reinvented these, taken away the wax, and put the stick on the pointy part, so you're starting at the bottom and working your way to the point.

Industrial/Alternative Music
Bands that produce songs, that someone I know, would refer to as "Angry Boy Music"...its great to drive to.

Bath and Body works Aromatherapy Remedies: Headache Relief. This stuff is amazing, and its full of those little cooling beads, so when you rub it on the back of your neck, it chills everything and gets rid of your headache.

History. Actually Classical Roman, Greek and Egyptian History and Civilizations was my minor in university. I didnt know that I liked history...but its sorta cool. People were really mean back then. And its interesting to learn where modern day traditions originated....like Christmas. Go look up Sol Invictus...it's an interesting read.

Trib - Uh huh...mmm

Linny - HELP. I dont know how to fix that.

Phil said...

Princess- I like your new profile photo. Very flattering. Now I see the spider. Everything that used to be in your right sidebar is now at the bottom below the posts. You've got to get that fixed.

I liked your other skin. That previous look was more eccentric, not particularly dark. Mysterious is not the same as being dark. I think you are more of the former than the latter. But thats just me.

Anyway, it seems that you have put your sidebar down there at the bottom of your blog. Here is a suggestion:

Go to edit the HTML on your blog. Then Copy and Paste the whole html into a word document. Then cut and paste the side bar stuff from the bottom to the place that has the heading 'sidebar'. You will see that the html has various headings that explain what goes where. Good luck!

The reason I said copy and paste into word is that way you can experiment without losing anything on your blog. you can create a test blog and experiment on there.

Ash - Ya, I was laughing too....

Yrautca - You think that I am more dark than mysterious? I think that I am a little both. And as for figuring out my blog template. My blog looks fine on Mozilla, everything is where it should be. I am thinking that I might just completely start over. and add everything all over again...and then I can see where i made the mistake, becuase from my last blog, I did just that. Cut and pasted my old template into this new one, and thats how it got all screwey I think. I'll work on it.

I said former not latter....learn to read!

Princess Pessimism said...

Ohh..you think im more mysterious than dark....Either or. Im both.

I heard native indians in Canada used to suck on Beaver balls to cure headaches (true story).

The blog looks fine to me, but then again, aesthetics aren't my strong suit.

History is cool. Angry boy music I tend to stay away from. I'm sorry to say I'm more of a depressing indie boy music kinda guy (Death Cab, Neutral Milk Hotel, Dismemberment Plan, ect.) Though I like happy music when I drive (They Might Be Giants, The All-Girl Summer Fun Band, Aquabats, ect.)

I also have no idea what astro pops are. Must be some Canadian thing.

Princess Pessimism said...

Amichai - I also like death cab...but thats a little too emo for my liking.

And besides, Im bored of every guy out there, having the same haircut...

Still no sidebar. Dont any of your boyz know HTML?

Ahhh smellies...love the stuff from Lush, B&BW, and The Body Shop...and other places as well. Erm....very curious about the expanding ear holes. Can we get a visual? Bubble tea is not something I am familiar with but now I want it...badly. I am hooked on YouTube. I use it for a class a lot. And I have been thinking about unearthing my webcam and doing a video post.

That Chavez speech is crazy. it's actually the first time I listened to it, although I had heard about it.

I like Chavez. The guy stands up for what he believes. Just like Bush does.
